Typically, our builds feature 3 and 4-ply 2x8 laminated construction with a minimum burial depth of 6' and 12" crushed rock underside. Post spacing ranges from 4' to 6' on center, ensuring robust structural support.

We only use the highest-quality, independently tested industrial posts. All posts are laminated and come with a 75-year warranty on the treated timber. We provide multi-ply posts available in different lengths with 2×8 construction.
Posts are typically 4′, 5′ or 6′ on center, with a minimum of 6′ burial. However, post spacing and depth requirements are indicative of your area and may be adjusted to comply with local building standards.
Our wall systems are typically constructed with 2×6 purlins and spaced at 2 feet on center providing structural integrity and longevity.
We provide pre-engineered trusses manufactured to your building and location. During building construction, the poles are notched to receive the trusses allowing the weight of the roof system to be transferred onto the posts.
All component members are custom cut by the latest state-of-the-art robotic and automated saws. All truss members are then assembled on modern gantry tables using a laser projection system to ensure dimensional accuracy. Our trusses are fully constructed at our plant before delivery. The finished product receives a thorough inspection to ensure accuracy of dimensions and structural components.
We bundle trusses based on site requirements saving you valuable time during construction. Our roof trusses are designed and built to handle longer spans, reducing the need for supports and allowing for a larger and more open floor plan.
